Return Policy

Regular Priced Items

We accept returns for store credit or an e-gift card (equal to the full item price, excluding shipping and return costs).

Refunds will not be issued to the original payment method.


Final Sale Items (No Returns or Exchanges)

All sale, promotional, and discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Gift cards are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to exchange an item, return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.


Return Conditions

Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order by contacting support@maritimewomen.ca.

Approved returns must be mailed within 7 days of approval.

Items must be in original condition, meaning:

Unworn, unwashed, and free of stains (no deodorant, makeup, or other marks).

In its original packaging (if applicable).

No damage or strong odors (perfume, smoke, etc.).

If an item does not meet these conditions, the return will be rejected.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

We do not refund original shipping fees.
