Pre-Order Policy

Please note that items marked as pre-order are not currently in stock. Pre-ordering reserves your item and ensures you’ll receive it as soon as it becomes available.

Fulfillment Time: Pre-orders typically take 5 to 6 weeks from the date of purchase to be fulfilled. We will notify you via email as soon as your order has shipped.

Shipping Policy

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders over $250CAD.

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Estimated delivery: Estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout.

Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website.

Lost or Delayed Shipments: We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. If your package is significantly delayed or lost, please contact us at support@maritimewomen.ca, and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

Return Shipping

 Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

 We do not refund original shipping fees.
